NEW: 31 Days of March: Art Journal YOUR Bible Study!

Hello friends!

I am so excited to share with you something I've been working on intently the past few weeks!  We are going to spend each of the 31 Days of March ART JOURNALING YOUR BIBLE STUDY!  (Yes we will still post artwork with cards, tags and have a WHOPPER of a new release scheduled the 13th of March for you where we will have the largest amount of new releases in over a year!  We have a new line of 3x4 Girls we call HYMN GIRLS that will be coming out then and you can see one of them in the announcing photo above!)

MARCH 1-31 I am going to be sharing photo (and some video) tutorials of my art journaling pages that will include instructions on how to take a bible study you are in, a book of the bible you'd like to study the month of March, sermons you hear each Sunday, or just your own daily devotions in God's Word and interact with God's Word in your Art Journal.  As an experienced inductive Bible Study leader, I will share some of the keys to effective and accurate handling of the Word of God during your art journaling process so you can be sure to be honoring God and as 2 Timothy 2:15 instructs " Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth."

I will have more information about this on FRIDAY'S blog post.  I want to encourage you to join me and to share this opportunity with your friends as well.  I really want to encourage even those that don't stamp or have endless craft supplies to join us with just the basic supplies you need are your Bible, some crayons or colored pencils, and a composition book.  (and honestly, even the colored pencils and crayons are optional...a pen or pencil can create many lovely designs on their own, and even that is optional!)

For those who stamp and want to follow me with some of the pages I will do, we will have a VERY LIMITED supply of 5x8 Dylusions journals, Dylusion spray inks, and stencils in a package deal we will offer this coming weekend, so be sure to come back on Friday if that is something you want to do.  Remember, you don't NEED these items to join us!  You can use whatever you have on hand!

Please leave us a comment if you are planning to join us!  We'd love to hear from you!

So excited to start this important journey with you!
Blessings,
Antoinette

  1. Hello Antoinette. I'm excited about this tutorial. I already own a Dylusions Journal along with all the spray inks, but I'm wondering about the stencils. Can you tell me which stencils you will be using, so I can determine whether I have them? Can the stencils only be purchased through you, if needed? Thanks, Linda E.

  2. Linda, we will have some starting Friday in the online store. I also love using my cutting machine (circut, silhouette, spellbinders, etc) to cut out kraft card stock stencils of my own! I'll be sharing more ideas on free stencil ideas as we get started, but I am so happy you'll be joining us!!!
