52 Weeks of Gratitude: Week 2

Hello friends,
We start off WEEK 2 of our 52 Weeks of Gratitude with our FEBRUARY set of the next month's verses we are going to use!  There are a very limited amount of these sets available, so if you would like one, please head over soon to get one (www.inspiredstamps.com).

So how did your first week go?  We had so much fun and INSPIRATION visiting those who linked us to your photo or blog posts last week!!  If you didn't get started last week, why not join us starting THIS WEEK?  It doesn't matter WHEN you begin focusing on gratitude in your life, just that you DO IT!  If this is all new to you, please head over to our link with all the information, samples, and links to previous posts by CLICKING HERE.

This week we are using:  Psalm 92:4, Next week(20Jan) is Psalm 47:1, and 27Jan is Psalm 28:7

Here are the SCRAPBOOK pages and the ART JOURNALING pages I started last week that I wanted to share all journaled in.  Remember, the point of this is to get your gratitude down in some way or form:  you can write out full paragraphs, list single words that tell what you are grateful for, or somewhere in between.  THE RIGHT WAY IS THE WAY YOU WILL DO AND STICK TO!

Here's my way, shown twice:  first in the SCRAPBOOK STYLE:

Now in the ART JOURNALING STYLE:
I love to play with lettering and while it SOUNDS like it wouldn't be fun...you gotta try it!  It's seriously fun!

For THIS week's post we have Psalm 92:4 as our weekly Scripture:
Here's Belinda's very beautiful card (She is doing the CARDMAKING option for our 52 WEEK's challenge.  She also used Inspired Stamps: CARD MINISTRY SET for the inside ):

What a GREAT card!  Be sure to head over to her blog for more details about it!

DeNetra will be creating Art Journaling/Mixed Media pages for our 52 Weeks and here is her GORGEOUS masterpiece:
You can head over to her blog here to see this close up (We'll have to see if she would video tape herself making one of these so we can see the process!!  So very beautiful!)

Here is my SCRAPBOOK page layout for this week.  I wanted to stick with the blue theme, due to the winter, but had to add a little green to represent the grass that peaked out during our 2 days of 60 degree weather this weekend!!  Back to snow today, but what a treat!!

I will share my journaling next week, as I did this week.

So how are YOU coming along with your Gratitude Journey?  We'd love to hear from you so PLEASE LEAVE US A COMMENT to this post!  Below is a MR LINKY where you can add YOUR link to your photo or blog so we can come take a look!  Remember we are giving away a stampset of your choice to a few links we will randomly choose at the end of the month!!  You do not have to purchase or use our stamps to win, either!
(WHAT IF I CANT POST MY photo or I don't have a blog?  How can I participate?  GLAD YOU ASKED!!  You can ALSO go to our FACEBOOK page and leave your photo on our Facebook page so we can see what YOU are doing!!  You will be entered in the drawing THAT way too!!)

We have been SO BLESSED by the comments, the links to your artwork, and the many emails that you are sharing with us about YOUR gratitude journey and the difference it is making in your life!  Our God is so good, isn't He?

Blessings,
Antoinette and the Inspired Stamps DT

  1. Hi Everyone,

Sorry it took me so long to finally post what I've worked on for this challenge. I have to say it was challenge, in itself, getting blogger to post my photos and then learn how to use Mr. Linky. But, I did it. Yay! Thanks for your patience. Linda E.

  2. Hi! I think I've just nudged my page in on time this week... I hope it's before the week 3 post, Antoinette! Imagine my surprise when I got home ready to post and link my gratitude page, to find that I'd created with NEXT week's intended scripture! I've had a chuckle. I hope it is still okay to enter!
    hugs and blessings,
    Pauline
