31 Days of March: Beginning Bible Art Journaling

Hello friends!
I'm so excited to share this year's 31 DAYS OF MARCH segment!  This year's is called 31 Days of March: Beginning Bible Art Journaling!  We will go through what Bible Art Journaling is, materials to use (you have all you require already at your home if you have a pen and a bible), how to carefully observe the bible text and understand it, and I will walk you step by step through Psalm 119 with lots of examples and free printables for you to use throughout the month.  I thoroughly enjoy this process and my prayer is that you will too!

This is absolutely free and there is nothing to even sign up for...the blog posts will stay up as in years past so you can refer to them as often as you like!

Sneak Peek of one of Friday's new stamp releases! Caring Card week 8

Hello friends!
Today is week 8's Caring Card post using a brand new 2x2 $3.99 Single Scripture Stamp that will be in the etsy shop Friday by noon!  I made a simple card using some BoBunny papers I love and a David Tutera embossing cardstock, plus some flourishing sparkles I had in my stash.

I will be teaching through Psalm 119 in my annual 31 Days of March segment over on the GodblessyourART blog.  I am entitling it Beginning Bible Art Journaling and it will begin THIS SUNDAY MARCH 1.  There is nothing to buy or sign up for, I will just have daily tutorials up on the blog that you can come look at and utilize as you wish!

New STAMPS in the etsy shop!! + Giveaway!!

It NEW STAMP FRIDAY (as every Friday is in our etsy shop!) and we have 2 brand new stamps to share with you today.  First up is the one you see above we call BIBLE ART JOURNALING: BIBLE STUDY PHRASES.  I use these in my Bible and in Notes/Journals to help guide me with my study.  Here is a sample of it in my Art Journaling Bible over a passage in Luke 17 I studied in an inductive Bible Study I'm taking:

These stamps have really filled a need and draws attention to important things as I study what God is saying in the text, what the meaning is, and what type of application I am to take from that (be it something I learn about God, man, or a warning/instruction as in this case).

I am in the process of designing some new HYMN LINE stamps!!  This includes the HYMN LINE GIRLS (like our Hymn Girls: Caring Friend above) and the HYMN LINE SHAPES ( leaves, churches, mushrooms, flowers, etc). 

One of the fun things I like to do is to give YOU our fellow-stampers the opportunity from time to time to participate in the creation process!  And this week is one of those weeks!

Here is how this Giveaway works:
1. Go to our etsy shop at www.etsy.com/shop/GodblessyourART and look up all the CURRENT HYMN LINE stamps we have.
2. Then come back to this post (or any post this week) and leave us ONE idea  (only 1 idea per day, per household will be considered) on what YOU'D like to see us make into one of our HYMN LINE stamps.  For example, a HYMN GIRL with a puppy might be one you'd like to see that we don't have.  You'd leave that as your comment to this post.
